Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. International shipping may be offered later — watch the site or follow @sheepsclothinglondon for updates.
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 3–7 working days after payment clears. You’ll receive tracking by email once the parcel is with the courier. Peak drops and made-to-order runs can take longer — we’ll note that on the product when it applies.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your basket and delivery address. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will show clearly before you pay.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. When your order ships you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the parcel to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once production or dispatch has started we may not be able to change sizes, colours, or addresses.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in original condition can usually be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale, personalised, and final-sale pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. Contact us before sending anything back so we can share the returns address and instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Photograph the issue and email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We’ll sort a replacement or refund for faulty or incorrect items.
Who fulfils the orders?
Garments are produced and fulfilled through our print partners. That keeps quality consistent and lets us drop new pieces without holding large warehouse stock.
